		<description>Interesting post. You have made such good points about this topic. I agree with what you said. Working for longer hours or during the weekends does not necessarily mean that you are working hard. It may also mean that you are only catching up with the things that you should have done over the weekdays. You may have spent your time doing something else instead of actually working during your work hours. If you want to be seen as someone who works hard, you can use the weekends and extra work hours to finish work ahead of time.
