		<description>Jamie - this is so true.  The snooze button used to be my best friend when I was younger and I feel so much better getting straight out of bed and doing what I want when the rest of my world is still sleeping.

I hope your post persuades some of those sleepy heads to check out what they&#039;re missing.</description>

On the days when I don&#039;t snooze, I do some exercises and stretches and eat breakfast before going to work, but more often than not, I snooze until it&#039;s almost too late and rush to work without breakfast.</description>
