I wish I would have done some internships when I was in college for engineering. I didnt realize how much experience counted for when you leave. I still found a job, but I probably would have had more opportunities if I had one or two.

Thanks for your post.
I agree on every points you mentioned. I would just add one that would be Talk about your internship experience with other interns or other professional you may know it will give a very mature look on what you are doing.
