		<description>I think there is another unspoken rule and it is "be reasonable". No matter what tricks you have up your sleeve, you won't get your request approved if it is unreasonable. Before you go poking and prodding, talk to some people with experience. Run your idea passed them and ask for their advice. Ask if it is the type of thing that usually gets approved. Someone will be *double* pissed if you are hounding them about something that is totally ridiculous. A bad idea that is well executed is still a bad idea.</description>
