Jen,  Good post.  

Let's face it: Erie is a not a good place to do business.  Aside from being exceptionally cheap, there is very limited skilled labor, high unemployment, and the city's infrastructure is out of date.  Not to mention the weather is definitely a detriment to attracting workers interested in relocating.  Though the 6 weeks of Summer are pretty nice.</description>

		<description>After seeing Naples, FL in the top 25 of that list, I don't place ANY trust in this list at all.  All the job growth statistics in that list are skewed towards places where the construction boom went bananas(Naples, Las Vegas) and hence at the moment do not have a lot of good job prospects.</description>
