		<description>This is interesting, and I think it drips down to the rest of us. About a year ago, I decided to change banks to one that was closer to where I lived. I did that, but before I closed my account at my old bank, I noticed that the new bank's online services were absolute crap. I kept with my old bank, and luckily they opened a branch close to me about six months later. Online high-touch service was crucial to me.</description>
