Daily Business Zen: The Wealthy Amoung Us
For today’s business zen, checkout this article at Foxbusiness today about how the wealthy surf and use the social pages much like us Gen-Y’ers do. Stacey Haefele, President of HNW says:
We used to hear, ‘My customers aren’t really online. They are high-touch people; they value face-to-face interactions…Although high-net-worth clients continue to value in-person contact, they are more comfortable with technology than marketers might think. High-tech enables the delivery of high-touch like never before,” Haefele said.
“New media are redefining the high-touch experience by creating more immediate, personal and relevant one-to-one interactions, on demand and with an unprecedented ability to deliver that attention to detail that is the signature of high-touch service. Digital venues cater to the needs of time-pressed prospects who crave real-time contact on their terms.”
Couldn’t agree more.
