		<description>This isn&#039;t a question I can answer for everyone.  We are all entitled to an opinion and I love that we can share our ideas here.  

We can&#039;t ignore what is important to other people... otherwise, we become ignorant.  Should we ignore affinity groups because we are not apart of them?  I don&#039;t see the benefit of that.  

To each his own... but be tolerant of your brother&#039;s and sister&#039;s thoughts.</description>

		<description>@ Yana- I appreciate your opinion but I feel like this topic should be brought up in the work place...  Look at the military for example, people can not be themselves (by proclaiming their preferences) and as a result of not dealing with it, things get out of hand.  

@ AJ- As an ally, I hope that more millennials become open minded to other&#039;s preferences. For people who identify as GLBT, having a safe place to work is so important.

This is a tough issue to discuss but I hope more of our brilliant readers will weigh in.  Let&#039;s get an intellgent discussion going.</description>

		<description>Thanks for pointing this out. For GLBT folk, this list might be a good way to decide where to spend your money and where to apply for jobs. 

For non-GLBT folks, I think it could be a wake-up call as to how GLBT people are often second-class citizens, even at their own companies.</description>
