		<description>Good resources for the budget traveler. Hostelworld is fantastic for finding cheap accommodations - including B&amp;B&#039;s and rented apartments. My rule of thumb is to choose a place with at least 80% or higher ratings.

Also, for flights try using &lt;a href=&quot;http://yapta.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;yapta.com&lt;/a&gt; to track a specific flight. It will notify you if the flight you are interested in or have purchased reduces in price. Last year when I went to Europe it saved me over $200!</description>
