		<description>Nice post. I agree that prioritizing and trying to eat healthy when you&#039;re busy definitely helps. Another thing I do that helps me to &quot;buckle down&quot; is to reward myself. So I might tell myself that if I focus on work for so many hours than I will go get a treat or go out to dinner after work with my husband or friends. Or another would be if I work really hard this week and stay on top of it I can squeeze in a trip to the mall and go buy myself something. Little rewards like that help me to get things done and feel good about it.</description>
