I've never considered cleaning the doorknobs. I wash my dishes between twice a day to once every couple of weeks. The worst I've done is once a month for my dishes. I throw out the garbage once every couple of weeks. I clean the floor, carpet, toilet, countertops, shower, and stove every 6 to 12 months. I've cleaned out the stuff in my refrigerator, but I've never cleaned the entire refrigerator itself. I usually change the sheets less often than once a year.
