So Easy a Caveman Can Cook It
I took this inside the Pike Place market in Seattle because I think it highlights and issue many male young professionals struggle with.. cooking. Unless of course, you are always on the expense card or you are otherwise taken care of, it can be a bit of a challenge to attempt to cook good food for yourself and still maintain that shoe staring but so you can make the payments on your plasma HDTV or new care.
I solve this problem with a heavy dose of consistency. I find quick, relatively healthy meals, learn what it takes to make them, and then repeat the pattern with a little variation thrown in there for fun every now and then. If you would care for some examples (besides my Caveman Fish a la Brandon) drop me a comment.

Yay for a Seattle! Pike’s Place is great. Send me your quick meals - that’s one of my New Year’s resolutions is to cook more homemade meals.

Just buy a crab and eat it cold… can’t get simpler!
